Shaanxi Non-ferrous Metals Holding Group (Yulin) Coal Industry Co., Ltd. established on Dec. 18, 2008, located in Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, is the first project which Shaanxi Non-ferrous Metals Holding Group Co., Ltd. invested in Shaanxi Non-ferrous Metals (Yulin) Recycling Economy Industrial Park. The Company registered capital is up to RMB 800,000,000 Yuan for the development of Hanglai Bay Mine Field.
As an oversize mine planned by the State Planning Commission, Hanglai Bay Mine Field is a priority project in Yushen Mining Area; the coal field area is 92 km2, the resources is 1,331,000,000 tons, and the mine coal property grade is kennel coal, mainly are fuel and raw material provided for the Industrial Park and Shaanxi Yulin Natural Gas Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. 1,400,000 tons/year Methanol Project, the rest are for export. The designed productive capacity of the mine reaches 8,000,000 tons/year with service life up to 76.5 years. The investment budget is RMB 2,900,000,000 Yuan, the construction work period is as long as 27 months, and the mine is scheduled to begin production in Aug., 2011.
